The bag of women-1010343 style works great as a sling bag. Bonus, women-1010343 style is waterproof and seems to be dirt proof as well! The bag of women-1010343 style does feel heavy, but not overly so and the protection is well worth the piece of mind.
A great go-to-work bag - I've had my Cargo Tote for about a week and a half. The medium size fits everything I toss in it, books, CDs, the morning paper along with wallet, company ID, bus pass, PDA, mobile, makeup bag and files. When I zip the top, it keeps things perfectly dry. Lots of good inside pockets -- although I wish the one large velcro-closed pocket had been divided into two. Oh, it has a great carrier for my water bottle as well. A GREAT GO-TO-WORK Bag.
