For the first time in my life I am staying organized. I keep a lot of stuff in my purse and there is a perfect place for each item, I don't just have a big jumbled mess like I have had in every purse until now. Anyone who says they can't fit all their stuff in it just has too much stuff. Honestly I could cram a lot more stuff into this bag than I do. I keep my wallet and umbrella in the main pocket, my kindle in the big slot next to the main pocket, makeup/girl stuff in the inner zipper pocket, my inhaler, cell phone, and mp3 accessories in one of the small pockets, and a notepad pens in the other small pocket. The flap closes securely with clasp to protect your electronics; this is a feature I really appreciate. There is a large flat zipper compartment on the outside that is very convenient for a small amount of paperwork (itinerary for the airplane, checks to take to the bank, etc). I use one of the water bottle pockets for my sigg 600 ml bottle and the other one for my sunglasses and keys. This purse is rugged, comfortable, and stylish. The bag is a little stiff at first until you break it in, but this is just an indication of its structural integrity, this bag is going to stand up to the test of time. Finally. This purse suits my every need. It hugs to the shoulder when wearing off one side (one doesn't have to wear it cross-over). There are enough compartments without being finicky. The outer zippered pocket fits perfectly my small fossil wallet (that I already owned) for my everyday cards. The outer zippered pocket is easy to open, even while the bag is on your shoulder and is easy to toss in keys and cell phone where they are easy to find again since they don't get lost in the big compartment. The big compartment is almost endless. Even when temporarily over-full (book, water bottle, cheque-book, extra store cards, make-up bag and such) the bag isn't cumbersome. The bag is a nice weight in itself and the material is soft. It has just enough structure so it doesn't "flop" over when placed on the floor. The leather shoulder strap is lined with a soft fabric to prevent slippage. I'm not a "big purse" person and mulled over the two sizes of this purse. I am glad I bought the bigger one. I've met two people with the smaller one and they said it was a bit small. I have the red bag and the color is great; a nice fossil, muted red. My only concern is that the finish might stain so I think I ought to treat it soon to prevent the risk of that occurrence.

Fabulous! Ordered this for a trip to Europe where I would be riding the Metro a lot, just to feel secure after hearing horror stories about crowds in Europe. Thought I would use it during the day, and switch to something "nicer" for evening. Never used the other purse, this one is wonderful. In fact, my sister-in-law in Brussels had something almost identical (without the safety features) and she's known for her fashion sense. She was jealous of mine, since someone slashed the strap of another purse of hers and took off with it last month in a busy marketplace there. I am getting another one for her as a surprise! Glad I did, black works with everything and does not call attention to itself. Zipper lock is easy to use -- you feel perfectly safe in a crowd with this snapped and the purse strapped as a cross-body instead of just hanging over your shoulder. Even on a crowded subway car at rush hour you feel secure. There's another locking pocket on the inside, used it for passports and camera in case the top lock was unsecured. Credit card slots are pretty useless, but lots of other pockets to organize what you need. I love the assurance you feel with this purse. One less thing to worry about, what a good idea. Best Man Purse - I got tired of constantly having full pockets and looking for my wallet, keys, and phone every time I went anywhere, so I decided to get a "man purse". I tried several out before settling on the Guide Pro, which has been fantastic. The others were too purse-like insofar as their lines and utility (many had "wallet-replacement" compartment full of card slots and pockets). This one is rugged, but clean in its appearance. It has room for all my stuff (including extra diapers, wipes, ointment, and sunscreen for my 2 year old) without being so big as to make me look like an old lady… not to mention, it eliminated the need for me carry a diaper bag around. I love it. It's practical and not girly though it would look as good/natural and be just as useful for women (after all, it was made for them).
