I bought this in the tan color. It's a little darker than the picture. It's not a bad bag, but for me it didn't lay nice. I think if you don't put a lot in it, then it would be fine. Just wasn't my style.
The bag of golf-1009677 style works great as a sling bag. Bonus, golf-1009677 style is waterproof and seems to be dirt proof as well! The bag of golf-1009677 style does feel heavy, but not overly so and the protection is well worth the piece of mind.
